Finalidad:
- SAMPLING FOR BACTERIAL AND YEAST CULTURE (EXUDATES): To diagnose “bacterial infections” anywhere in the body.
- MANTOUX TEST or TUBERCULIN TEST: This test is intended to detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, which is different from having TB disease.
- SWEAT TEST: First test requested as a screening test for Cystic Fibrosis.
- SPUTUM COLLECTION FOR MYCOBACTERIAL TESTING: The purpose of this study is the diagnosis of lung diseases caused by mycobacteria.
- KIDNEY STONE COLLECTION: Determine the composition of the stone (stone-grit) removed spontaneously or by intervention.
- GRAHAM’S TEST: To diagnose enterobiasis or oxyuriasis.
- ORAL LACTOSE OVERLOAD DETECTION TEST: Intended to perform lactose overload tests.
